Multiple visits here and they were great at first. The last couple visits I had made me stop going. I booked online for one, called in to confirm my appointment and was told yes. Arrived and nobody was there. Was patient guy came in and proceeded to tell me I didn't have an appointment. Took my car anyway and never called when work was finished. Last time...I bought tires. I again scheduled online and called. I confirmed the tires were in stock and let the guy know my last issues. He said he would pull the tires and set my paperwork aside so there would be no issue. I came in and again the guy couldn't find my paperwork, said nobody pulled tires and proceeded to let me know how scrappy some of the workers are. He told me it would be a few days before the tires I requested would come in. I was in a pinch so I bought what they had. He then found my other tires but not my paperwork. So tried to give me a different price. After all of that...again no call when the work was done. Mistakes happen but again the worker proceeded to blame everybody else that he worked with for the issues.

This is my 5th vehicle serviced here. While they have been great for 4 vehicles, this experience soured me. I scheduled 4 days prior for a standard oil change/tire rotation. I had an appointment at 2pm, knowing there would be a wait. I asked my son to bring the vehicle. He had a friend pick him up because of a delay. It wasn't ready until after 6pm. When the vehicle was picked up, the fluids were not topped off and the tires were not rotated. It was only ready then because I called just before 6 pm to see when it would be completed. I understand staffing issues. If it couldn't be handled correctly, in a timely manner, the shop should have cancelled/rescheduled. I come here because of the service. Paying $125 and not receiving the service I paid for is quite disappointing. Especially after it being a relatively simple service and keeping the vehicle for over 4 hours.

We recently hit a pothole resulting in a flat tire. Mr tire was able to get us in very quickly to change our tire. Every time we have a dealership or anyone else touch our tires, they scratch the face of the expensive rims. Mr tire did an awesome job and for the first time in 20+ years , I was able to find a place that did it right. Thank you Mr tire, we are definitely coming back!

Great service, nice guys. Appreciated all their efforts. Had an occasion to use the optional Road Hazard Warranty on the tires I purchased. It was a great investment, as I popped a tire in a Lorain pothole, aka CRATER! Saved me a great deal of money in the long run.

Repeat, HAPPY TIRE CUSTOMER !!!. Big shout out to the guys at Mister Tire. Store manager Michael assistant manager Dustin, senior tech Mike general service, Andrew general service Roberto, my third set of tires. What a crew awesome quote from Dustin. I called back the next call. Michael walked me through options with the upmost patience!!!! The guys in service did an awesome job with difficult mounting.Practically seamless, THANKS GUYS !!!
